****************************************************** dCalc for the Psion Series 5 v1.12.1 July 15th, 2001 ****************************************************** dCalc is a Reverse Polish Notation calculator for the Psion Series 5, 5mx, Revo, Series 7, Netbook and the EriksonMC218. INSTALLATION ************ 1) dCalc comes as a ZIP file which can be unpacked on a PC or on the Psion using one of the many unzip programs available. The ZIP file contains a SIS file which must be transferred to the Psion and then installed using the Add/Remove control panel. If you don't have this control panel yet, you can download it at http://www.psion.com/downloads/epoc32/add_remove_control_panel/ 2) Once the SIS file is on your Series 5, highlight it and press enter. The program will be automatically installed. Any old dCalc currency files will be overwritten with the new one unless you reply NO to the dialog. You can save the old one if you wish (\System\Apps\dcalc\currency.txt) 3) You are now ready to run dCalc Its icon should appear on the 'Extras' bar. Please read the Help file before you use the program. There is an html version of the manual included in the ZIP file. It is not installed on the Psion but you might find it useful for example for easier viewing on a PC. Shareware means that you have a trial period of 28 days in which you test the program to see if you like it and want to use it. If you do want to keep it, you must register with us. All you have to do then is to type exactly that name and password in the registration dialog. Registration will remove the Registration reminder dialogs. Also, registered users will receive FREE technical support, and an E-mail whenever a new version is available for downloading. Of course, you won't have to re-register for any future versions, they will be FREE.
