Licence Agreement INTRODUCTION ------------ Welcome to our Drawing and Image manipulation program for for the EPOC 32 Series of handheld computers. As it stands, this Shareware version only allows images up to a maximum size of 500x200, the "Save As" menu option has been disabled and you cannot make use of a password, to enable you to try the program out. Please note that registration does not involve reloading the program, but simply selecting the 'Register' menu option and typing in a registration code to release the 'lock'. FILE DETAILS ------------ The archive file should contain the following files: RMRArt.sis The program RMRArt Shapes.sis Extra predefined shapes ReadMe.txt Instructions and other language versions of the Readme.txt Once installed. you will see the program consists of the following essential files (in \System\Apps\RMRArt\) RMRArt.app - The main program file RMRArt.mbm - The icons used within the program RMRArt.aif - The icons used in the System screen RMRArt.rsc - The language resource file Chkmv.opo - Module file And the following optional files which can be deleted later: RMRArt.hlp - Help File Tips.dat - Tips of the Day data file \Shapes\*.* - A collection of pre-defined shapes and in \RMRArt Tools\ Emboss.opo - RMRArt module Gradient Fill.opo - RMRArt module Invert.opo - RMRArt module Moire.opo - RMRArt module Mosaic.opo - RMRArt module Plot Graph.opo - RMRArt module Skew.opo - RMRArt module Thicken.opo - RMRArt module Triangle.opo - RMRArt module Wobble.opo - RMRArt module Zoom Pixel Edit.opo - RMRArt module INSTALLATION ------------ To install the program simply double-click on the RMRArt.sis file or select the "Install New Program" option in PSIWIN (EPOC Install). If you have the latest PSIWIN or EPOC Install then everything will happen automatically. If you don't have these then you need to get the installation file SETUP.EXE, which can be downloaded from our Home Page. If you are unsure, then go to http://www.rmrsoft.com/sis.htm for a full explanation of the installation procedure. If you want the extra shapes then also double-click on the RMRArt Shapes.sis file. RUNNING THE PROGRAM ------------------- Start the program by selecting the 'Extras' from the Application bar and then 'RMRArt'. REGISTRATION ------------ If you wish to register the program, you can do so by post (snail-mail), or on-line using a credit card. The registration fee is £12 or 20US$. (plus $5 if using REGNET) If you wish to register on-line using a credit card you have 2 options: PayPal We now support the PayPal system for transferring of money, as that avoids the $5 handling charge put on by REGNET. Simply send the money to alan@rmrsoft.com quoting the program you wish to register and we will send the registration code to you within a few hours. If you are not already signed up for PayPal it is very straightforward to join. Just go to www.paypal.com and follow the instructions. You even get a $5 bonus for signing up. However, we would appreciate if you say that you were referred by alan@rmrsoft.com so that we get the $5 referral bonus :-)). REGNET Alternatively you can register on the WWW through RegNet, the Registration Network (Note that paying by this method will involve an extra US$5 handling charge). If you have access, we can be reached quickly at support@rmrsoft.com In each case, we (or our agent) will then send you a personalised registration code to enter (select the option via the Menu) to remove the 'nag' screen and allow full use of the program. Note that you will NOT need a new copy of the program, all the functionality is already there but just needs 'unlocking' by the registration code. We will also ensure that this code remains forward compatible for future versions of the program so, unlike other programs, we will not be asking for a further fee for an upgrade to the EPOC version.
