To print README.TXT, open it in Windows Write, Microsoft Word, or another word processor. Then select the entire document and format the text in 10-point Courier before printing. ******************************************************************* Read Part 1 - Software Installation Information - before installing. ******************************************************************* ========================================= Software Installation Information ========================================= This programme uses approximately 30K of disk memory (55K if the Help file is loaded) To install Syndicate Manager create a Syndmanager subdirectory off the \system\APP directory on either the internal drive or plug in memory card (the programme detects the drive used). Load the following files into your Psion 5 into this directory: FILE SIZE Syndmanager.app 27K The prog Syndmanager.aif 1K The info file Logo Grey.mbm 1k The screen background Logo Black.mbm 1k The screen background Synd Icons.mbm 1K The toolbar icons synman.mbm 1K More toolbar icons startupscn.mbm 4K The title screen titlebar.mbm 1k The titlebar Synd5.hlp 28K The Help file (optional) ---------------------------------------------------- Overview ---------------------------------------------------- Syndicate Manager for Psion 5 is a programme to assist anyone who handles a UK National Lottery and/or Thunderball Syndicate keep track of the members numbers and check the draw. The programme can handle up to 99 syndicate members (with a mixture of Thunderball and Lottery numbers) and allows you to; Add, delete and update member's numbers (with an optional Valid Until date) Select random numbers generated by the Psion Print out the members numbers Enter the Lottery numbers for the programme to check Print out the lottery results with each member checked Show the statistics of the syndicate (how many of each number 1-49 the syndicate holds) Full Help within the programme For detail on the programme open the synd5.hlp file ============================================================= Shareware Registration ============================================================= Syndicate Manager is Shareware. When it is un-registered it is fully functioning except each database is restricted to 10 numbers. Registration increases the 2 databases to 99 numbers (198 in total), gets rid of the nag screens and gets free upgrades.
