Contacts 2.00 ============= This upgrade improves synchronization with the Contacts application on Psion Series 5mx machines. It eliminates the appearance of duplicate entries that occasionally appeared on some machines after synchronisation with applications such as Microsoft Outlook or Lotus Organizer. Installing Contacts 2.00 using a Windows 95/98/NT PC ==================================================== You must have PsiWin version 2.1 (or later) installed on your PC. PsiWin 2.1 can be downloaded free from www.psion.com. You can now either right-click the My Psion icon and select 'Install New Program' and navigate to the ContactsS5mx.sis file or double-click the ContactsS5mx.sis file in Windows Explorer to install the update. It is also possible to copy the ContactsS5mx.sis file to the Series 5mx and double-tap it to install the update. Installing Contacts 2.00 using a Macintosh ========================================== You must have MacConnect installed on your Macintosh. Select 'PsiTools' from the 'Psion' menu, press the 'Install' button, and navigate to the folder in which you have saved the ContactsS5mx.sis file. Select this file and click Open. Follow the on screen instructions to install the Contacts patch to your Series 5mx. It is also possible to copy the ContactsS5mx.sis file to the Series 5mx and double-tap it to install the update. Possible Error messages ======================= During installation you may get the error message that there was a failure to write to the file Contacts.aif.
