AlarmPlus release notes

1. AlarmPlus should be run from the Control Panel, not the Extras bar.
2. If you want to remove/upgrade this application, then you MUST disable AlarmPlus before uninstall.
Please refer to AlarmPlus' built-in help or its home page for detailed information.
