Master version 1.02 (At last, another freeware game!) A mastermind-like game by L.M. de Vries (100121.3102@compuserve.com) (Homepage: http://ourworld.compuserve.com/homepages/platodva/psion.htm) How to play the game: 1. Use setup from the menu to set the number of letters you want to use. 2. Start a new game. 3. You have to guess(?) the combination the s3a/Siena has made for you. 4. Use the letter-keys and the up/down arrow-keys to do the input. 5. After you entered 4 letters, press enter, and the program will tell you how you did. A black block means the right letter at the right place. A white block means that the letter is in the combination but at the wrong place. 6. Guess/deduce the combination it within 10 minutes. Other otions: 1. Give up: If you can't figure it out, use this menu-option. If you have any suggestions (bugs!?!?), please mail them to me. Have fun. Revisions: ---------- July 1996 : Version 1.00 - Initial release. August 1 1996: Version 1.01 - Bug!! It was possible to enter just 3 letters, and press enter succesfully. It should, of course, be 4. - Made the programm a little smaller. (Few 100 bytes) September 26 1996 : Version 1.02 - Added code to handle the Psion Siena which has a smaller screen. I don't have a Siena, so let me know if it works! - Made the program a little smaller. (Again!)
