It also gives the opportunity to keep all records of suppliers, clients and bank accounts in one place. Please find below a list of features:- Recording of direct debits, standing orders, invoices, payments, deposits. Databases containing lists of clients, suppliers, and job details. Parking recorded as an expenditure against a job and setting of alarm directly so parking tickets are a thing of the past. Communications with pc or Macintosh to enable backing up of all above files, at the simple press of a button. Printing of queries direct to attached printer (registered version only). The removal of records at intervals in order to free up memory on the psion, with the ability to re-import these records at a later date and operating queries on them. (Registered version only). The Transaction List can be queried in such a way to display information by job, account, or material/service type i.e. if a builder was running a job at 24 Crescent Gardens and wished to know his expenditure on this particular job, of paint, this can be achieved by a simple query. Bookit.opa to \app\bookit\Bookit.opa swan.pic to \app\bookit\swan.pic Bookit.dbf to \dat\Bookit.dbf You should then go to the system screen of your psion, press menu, move to the apps menu item and select Install . When Bookit.opa is highlighted, press return and Bookit should appear on the system screen. Bookit.dbf should automatically appear as a database item and can be used for help at any time. Also once a knowledge of the programme has been acquired, it can be deleted if necessary. Bookit is shareware, which means that if you continue to use it you should register with the author. The software may be freely distributed provided all files in the package are included. If you register, you will receive the latest version of this software, and all menu items will be available to you, i.e. printing to an attached printer.
